Cream Pan Japanese Sweet Bread クリームパン | Japanese Cooking Lovers by Yuri

I made a cream pan that is Japanese sweet bread. Custard cream is inside the bread and very popular in Japan. It has been for a long time in the Japanese bakery. People eat those sweet bread for lunch or snacks. I cannot buy it in the US, so I made it. I like cream pan as same as An-pan bread.

***Ingredients***
=Custard=
Milk    250 m
Sugar    60g
Egg yolk  3
Flour    30g

=Bread=
Bread flour 320g
Flour 80g
Dry yeast 7g (1pkg)
Sugar 35g
salt 7g
Egg 40g
Water 220ml
butter 30g

Flour for kneading
Egg for the top of the bread for baking
