Dango Mochi Mitarashi dango | Japanese Cooking Lovers by Yuri

I show you how to make Dango. It is like a mochi and it called Mitarashi dango. It is popular sweets in Japan. I made sweet sauce but you do not need to make it. If you have Anko, you can put anko on top of dango. You can put this in the Anko soup and make Oshiruko.


Ingredents:
Mochiko 200g/7oz
Silken Tofu 270g/9.5oz
Sugar 2TBS
Mirin 1TBS
Soy Sauce 1TBS
Water 1TBS
Potato Starch 1TBS
