Creamy Beef and Mushroom
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
200g thinly sliced beef
A
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon sake (Japanese rice wine)
pinch of black pepper
B
10 mushrooms
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
100ml water
200ml heavy cream
1 tablespoon salad oil
20g butter

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef and ingredients from A, and marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the marinated beef mixture, and cook over medium heat.
3. Transfer the cooked beef to a plate. In the same frying pan, add butter and B, and saut over medium heat until everything is cooked through. Then, add all-purpose flour and continue to saut.
4. Pour in the water and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the cooked beef and heavy cream, and simmer until everything is well combined. Your dish is ready!
