Creamy Mushroom Fettuccine
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
200g fettuccine
2L water
4 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/2 onion (minced)

1 mushroom (sliced)
1 bunch maitake mushroom (separated)

salt, as needed
black pepper, as needed
200ml heavy cream
grated parmesan cheese, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cook the fettuccine in boiling water with 4 teaspoons of salt according to the package instructions.
2. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and saut minced garlic and onion until fragrant. Add A and saut at medium heat, season with salt and black pepper.
3. Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a simmer. Add (1) and mix everything together. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
4. Enjoy!
