Creamy Pork and Cabbage Donburi
(1 serving)

INGREDIENTS
200g pork loin slices
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
200g cabbage
1 tablespoon sesame oil
A:
150ml water
1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon potato starch
B:
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon sesame oil

PREPARATION

1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pork slices seasoned with salt and pepper, and saut over medium heat. Once the pork gets a nice sear, add the chopped cabbage and continue to saut until fully cooked.
2. Add the mixture from A to the pan and cook until it simmers and thickens. Transfer to a serving dish.
3. Wipe the frying pan clean, add sesame oil, and then add the mixture from B. Cook over medium 4. heat until the eggs are partially set. Place the egg mixture on top of the dish from step 2.
4. Enjoy!
