Crescent Cookies
Servings: abs 30 cookies

INGREDIENTS
A
100g butter (at room temperature)
40g powdered sugar
1/2 vanilla bean

B
100g flour (sifted)
70g almond powder (sifted)

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Add flour and almond powder into the bowl. Mix until well combined. Cover the bowl with food wrap. Rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Make the dough (2) into crescent shapes. Place them on a baking tray lined with a parchment paper (or a *cooking sheet).
3. Preheat the oven to 170C/ 338F. Bake (2) in the oven for 15 minutes. Dust some powdered sugar over the cookies.
4. Enjoy!

*The cooking sheet needs to be a heat proofed product (230C/446F for 20 minutes).
