Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich/Burger recipe that you will never forget. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #Burger Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3kDTwaMBuffalo Chicken SandwichRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Buffalo Sauce:-Hot sauce 1 Cup-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & tsp-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp-Cayenne powder tsp-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed tsp-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Makhan (Butter) 4-5 tbs or as required-Chicken fillets 350g-Paprika powder tsp-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp or to taste-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) tsp-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required-Water as required -Cooking oil for frying Assembling:-Burger bun-Mayonnaise-Iceberg shredded -Cheddar cheese slice-Pyaz (Onion) ringsDirections:Prepare Buffalo Sauce:-In a saucepan,add hot sauce,vinegar,garlic,cayenne powder,red chilli crushed,salt & butter,turn on the flame and mix well,bring it to boil,cook for a minute & set aside.-Use a sharp knife to cut each chicken fillet from the center & pound with kitchen hammer or meat mallet (one side only).-In a bowl,add paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder & mix well.-Sprinkle prepared spice mix on both sides of chicken fillets,rub evenly & marinate for 30 minutes.-Now coat marinated chicken fillets in all-purpose flour then dip into water and again coat in all-purpose flour.-In a wok,heat cooking oil (150-160C) & fry chicken fillets on medium flame until golden brown & crispy (approx. 4-5 minutes).-Now dip & coat well crispy fried chicken fillets in prepared buffalo sauce & set aside.Assembling:-On burger bun,add mayonnaise,add iceberg,cheddar cheese slice,buffalo sauce coated chicken,onion rings,mayonnaise & top with another bun (makes 4).-Serve with French fries & tomato ketchup.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:Prepare Buffalo Sauce:-Hot sauce 1 Cup-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & tsp-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp-Cayenne powder tsp-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed tsp-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Makhan (Butter) 4-5 tbs or as required-Chicken fillets 350g-Paprika powder tsp-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp or to taste-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) tsp-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required-Water as required -Cooking oil for frying Assembling:-Burger bun-Mayonnaise-Iceberg shredded -Cheddar cheese slice-Pyaz (Onion) ringsDirections:Prepare Buffalo Sauce:-Saucepan mein hot sauce,sirka,lehsan,cayenne powder,lal mirch crushed,namak aur makhan dal dein, chulha on kernay ka bad ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.-Sharp knife ki madad sa chicken fillets ko center mein sa cut ker lein,kitchen hammer or meat mallet ki madad sa chicken fillet ki ek side per pound ker lein -Bowl mein paprika powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Tayyar spice mix ko chicken fillets ki dono sides per chirak dein aur evenly rub kernay ka bad 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.-Ab marinated chicken fillets ko maida mein coat ker lein phir pani mein dip kernay ka bad dubara maida mein coat ker lein.-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein (150-160C) & chicken fillets darmiyania ncch per godlen brown & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (approx. 4-5 minutes).-Ab crispy fried chicken fillets ko tayyar buffalo sauce mein dip ker ka ache tarhan coat ker lein & side per rakh dein.Assembling:-Burger bun mein mayonnaise,iceberg,cheddar cheese slice,buffalo sauce coated chicken,pyaz rings aur mayonnaise dal ker upper sa top bun rakh dein (makes 4).-French fries & tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein.
