Ingredients:

Tofu
1 (12-oz. / 340-g) block extra firm tofu
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup no-fat creamy Sriracha dressing
Tacos
8 flour tortillas (or corn tortillas)
2 avocados, cubed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers (or anaheim pepper for less spiciness), sliced
Lime wedges
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
