Crispy Mini Rice Paper Apple Pies
Makes 5 pies

INGREDIENTS
1 apple
30g butter

20g sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
5 rice paper sheets
2 tablespoons salad oil

PREPARATION
1. Peel the apple and dice it into small cubes.
2. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the diced apple and [A]. Stir-fry until the moisture evaporates. Remove from heat and let it cool.
3. Place the cooled apple mixture onto soaked rice paper sheets and wrap them. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wrapped pies until crispy on both sides.
4. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
