Crispy Pork and Potato Stir-fry
(2 servings)

INGREDIENTS
200g thinly sliced pork shoulder
A:
1 tablespoon sake (Japanese rice wine)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
1 large potato
2 tablespoons potato starch
80g pizza cheese
1 tablespoon salad oil

PREPARATION
1. Cut the thinly sliced pork shoulder into small pieces. Place it in a bowl and add the A ingredients. Mix well to marinate.
2. Peel the potato and cut it into thin strips (julienne).
3. Add the julienned potato, potato starch, and pizza cheese to the bowl with the marinated pork (from step 1). Mix everything together.
4. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and add the pork and potato mixture (from step 3). 5. Cover with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove the lid, flip the mixture, and cook for another 5 minutes until crispy.
6. Enjoy!
