Crunchy Green Bell Pepper Appetizer
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
6 green bell peppers
1/2 onion (chopped)
200g ground pork
1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon miso
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon potato starch
1/2 teaspoon chicken soup powder
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

PREPARATION
1. Cut the bell peppers into halves. Remove the seeds. Chill them in the iced water.
2. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.
3. Cook the chopped onions in a lightly oiled (sesame oil) pan on medium heat. When onions are soften, add the pork into the pan and stir-fry.
4. Add (2) into the pan (3) and cook for a minute.
5. Drain (1), pat dry bell peppers. Serve with (4).
6. Enjoy!
