Cute Bite-sized Matcha Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
120g white chocolate
A
15g cake flour
15g cornstarch
10g matcha powder

PREPARATION
1. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler. Sift together the ingredients in [A], and preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Add the sifted A to the melted chocolate and mix with a spatula.
3. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
4. Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a swirling pattern. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius, then reduce it to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 10-12 minutes.
5. Once baked, let them cool. Your cute bite-sized matcha chocolate cookies are ready!
