Dim Shorshe Recipe - Dim Sorshe | ডিম সরষে | Dim Shorshe Bengali Recipe | Egg Curry in Mustard GravyIngredients:• 4 boiled eggs• 3 TBSP mustard powder • 2 TBSP oil• ½ TBSP mustard oil • Dry red chilli• ½ TSP kalonji• 1 ½ cup of water• Chopped chilli• Salt to taste• ½ TSP turmeric powder• coriander leaves• silted green chilliProcess:Step 1:• Add 3 TBSP mustard powder in a bowl• Add ¼ cup water• Mix it nicelyStep 2:• Add oil in a pan• Add marinated egg (marinate with turmeric and salt)• Fry it• Keep it asideStep 3:• Add dry red chilli in the same pan• Add ½ TSP kalonji• Fry it• Add mustard seeds powder mix• Saute it for few mints• Add 1 ½ cup of water• Add chopped chilli• Add salt to taste• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder• Bring it to a boil• Add coriander leaves• Add fried eggs (low heat)• Add silted green chilli• Cook for another 2-3 mints• Add ½ TBSP mustard oil • Serve with rice==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
