Dim Shorshe Recipe - Dim Sorshe | ডিম সরষে | Dim Shorshe Bengali Recipe | Egg Curry in Mustard Gravy
Ingredients:
• 4 boiled eggs
• 3 TBSP mustard powder
• 2 TBSP oil
• ½ TBSP mustard oil
• Dry red chilli
• ½ TSP kalonji
• 1 ½ cup of water
• Chopped chilli
• Salt to taste
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• coriander leaves
• silted green chilli
Process:
Step 1:
• Add 3 TBSP mustard powder in a bowl
• Add ¼ cup water
• Mix it nicely
Step 2:
• Add oil in a pan
• Add marinated egg (marinate with turmeric and salt)
• Fry it
• Keep it aside
Step 3:
• Add dry red chilli in the same pan
• Add ½ TSP kalonji
• Fry it
• Add mustard seeds powder mix
• Saute it for few mints
• Add 1 ½ cup of water
• Add chopped chilli
• Add salt to taste
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Bring it to a boil
• Add coriander leaves
• Add fried eggs (low heat)
• Add silted green chilli
• Cook for another 2-3 mints
• Add ½ TBSP mustard oil
• Serve with rice
