How to cook Filipino Pork Dinuguan the Panlasang Pinoy way.Visit the blog post https://panlasangpinoy.com/2009/05/09/dinuguan-blood-stew/Ingredients1 lb pork loin, cut into cubes1 cup vinegar2 pcs long green pepper1½ tbsp brown sugar1 medium sized onion, chopped finely1 tbsp garlic, minced1 tbsp cooking oil1 cup water10 oz pork bloodInstructionsSauté the garlic and onion in a panAdd the pork and sauté for about 5 minsIf you like it to be more tasty, you may add 1 pork or beef cube followed by a cup or two of water.Simmer until the water is almost gone to tenderize the meatAdd the pork blood and mix well. Let this simmer for 10 minutesAdd the vinegar.
