Line a strainer with a paper towel. Put the yogurt and cover with the paper towel. Pour the water in a plastic bag, tie to close and place on the paper towel (using as the weight). Let it sit for 30 minutes.2. Stir the drained yogurt (1) with salt in a bowl.3. Toast the bread until golden.4. Put the yogurt (2) on the toast (3). Add some olive oil.
