Dry Aloo Parwal Sabzi Recipe | Sukhe Aloo Parwal | Aloo Potol | Scroll RecipeIngredients:• 250 gm parwal• 2 Potato• 4 TBSP oil • salt to taste • ½ TSP turmeric powder• 1 TSP cumin seeds• Dry red chilli• Masala Mix: 2 TSP cumin powder,1 TSP coriander powder, ¼ TSP turmeric powder , 1 TSP red chilli powder , ½ TSP Kashmiri red chili powder, Salt to taste • Add chopped tomato• Add kasuri methi Process:• Heat the pan and add 4 TBSP oil • Add parwal • Add salt to taste • Add ½ TSP turmeric powder• Fry it• Keep it aside • Add diced potato in the same oil• Fry it• Keep it aside • Add 1 TSP cumin seeds in the same oil• Add dry red chilli• Fry it • Add masala mix (In a separate bowl add ¼ cup water, add 2 TSP cumin powder,1 TSP coriander powder, ¼ TSP turmeric powder, 1 TSP red chilli powder, ½ TSP Kashmiri red chili powder, Salt to taste, mix it nicely)• Sauté it for few minutes • Add 1 cup water• Wait for a boil• Add boiled potato• Cover with a lid for 5-7 mints• Add fried parwal • Add 1 cup water• Cover with a lid for 12 mints• Add chopped tomato• Add kasuri methi• Mix it nicely • Add ¼ cup water • Keep stirring for 5-7 mints• Serve with rice or roti==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
