Dry Dahi Mutton Recipe | Dahi Wala Mutton Recipe | Scroll RecipeIngredients:• 500 gm Mutton • 3 TBSP curd• 2 TBSP red chilli and tomato paste• 1 TBSP +2 TSP garlic paste• 1 ½ TBSP onion paste• salt to taste• ½ TSP turmeric powder• 4 TBSP ghee• 1star anies, • 2-3 Cardamom• 5-6 Black pepper• 1inch cinnamon• ½ TSP ginger paste• ½ Cup chopped onion• 1 TSP red chilli paste• 1 TSP red chilli powder• 1 TSP cumin powder• 2 TBSP whisked curd• 2 TSP ghee• 2 TBSP fresh cream• chopped corianderProcess:Step 1:Marinate Mutton:• 500 gm Mutton • Add 3 TBSP curd• Add 2 TBSP chilli and tomato paste• Add 1 TBSP garlic paste• Add 1 ½ TBSP onion paste• Add salt to taste• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder• Marinate for 1 hourStep 2:• Heat the kadai and add 4 TBSP ghee• Add star anies, cardamom, cloves ,Black pepper, cinnamon • Add 2 TSP garlic paste• Add ½ TSP ginger paste• Add ½ Cup chopped onion• Sauté it for 5-6 mints• Add 1 TSP chilli paste• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder• Add salt to taste• Add 1 TSP cumin powder• Add marinated mutton• Keep stirring for 10-15 mints• Add 2 Cup hot water and pressure cook with high flame 2 whistles• Add 2 TBSP whisked curd• Add 2 TSP ghee• Cover with a lid• Cook until mutton become tender• Add 2 TBSP fresh cream• Add chopped coriander• Serve with Rice/ Roti====================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
