Easy Epi Bread with Sausage
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 slices white bread
2 sausages
2 cheese slices
Beaten eggs, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut crust off bread. With a rolling pin, roll out the bread.
2. Place the cheese and the sausage on the bread and roll.
3. With kitchen scissors, make cuts on (2). Brush the egg on it.
4. Bake in the toaster oven for 8 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
