Easy Icebox Cookie Butter Cookie | Japanese Cooking Lovers by Yuri

I show you how to make a yummy butter cookie, which is called an icebox cookie. I have been making this cookie for a long time since I was a Jr. Hight school student. Japanese cookies are not as big as American cookies. And more likely England biscuit-style, I think. It is not as sweet as American cookies and that I like. And the best thing about this cookie is you can store, in the freezer, and you can cut any amount and any time when you want to bake for fresh cookies!

** Ingredients

Butter 7 oz / 200g
Sugar 4.4oz / 125g
Egg 1
Vanilla Extract 1tsp
Flour 8.8oz / 250g
Almond powder 2.5oz / 70g
Cocoa Powder 5TBS
