Easy Nitamago (marinated eggs)
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
A
150ml water
3 tablespoons noodle soup base
1 tablespoon sugar
Chopped scallions, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Put all of the ingredients A in a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Lower the heat to low and break the eggs into the pot (1). Spoon the soup over the eggs.
3. When the eggs are half cooked, transfer them into a bowl. Add some chopped scallions on top.
4. Cook on the grill.
5. Enjoy!
