Easy Okonomiyaki
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
150g shredded cabbage

A
1 egg
50g flour
50ml water
1/2 teaspoon dashi powder
1 tablespoon tempura crunchies

150g pork belly slices
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A with the cabbage.

2. Put the vegetable oil into a pan. Pour (1) onto the pan and place the pork.

3. Cook on medium heat. Flip when the bottom of the okonomiyaki is nicely browned. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until done and the pork is crispy.

4. Serve with Okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise.

5. Enjoy!
