Mix all of the ingredients A with the cabbage. 2. Put the vegetable oil into a pan. Pour (1) onto the pan and place the pork. 3. Cook on medium heat. Flip when the bottom of the okonomiyaki is nicely browned. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until done and the pork is crispy. 4. Serve with Okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. 5.
