Edamame Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
200g Chinese yam (aka Nagaimo)

A
50g frozen shelled edamame (thawed)
2 tablespoons potato starch
1 tablespoon noodle soup base (aka Mentsuyu)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Dried seaweed, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Peel the yam and put in a plastic bag. With a rolling pin, crush the yam.
2. Add all of the ingredients A into the bag (1). Mix well.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan on medium. Cut off the corner of the bag (2), and pipe the dough onto the pan. Cook both sides until golden. Wrap with the seaweed.
4. Enjoy!
