Egg Foo Yung | HAPPY WOK

Here a very simple and easy to make for breakfast. You can use this for your sandwich lunch box or for any occasion. Loaded with chinese Char Siu ( aka chinese Pork BBQ ) , shrimps & beans sprout.

4 pcs --------- eggs
3 oz. --------- each, shrimp & Chinese pork BBQ
2 oz. --------- mung bean sprout (trimmed)
2 Tbsp ------ green onion (chopped)
pinch -------- salt
2 Tbsp ------ cooking oil
1 Tbsp ------- garlic (minced)
note: cut bbq pork in to thin strips
cut shrimp into halves, lengthwise
