300 300g Egg noodles
7070g Chinese chives
20320g shredded carrots
1 shiitake mushroom
100 100g pork
200 200ml oil

Gravy:

1tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp potato starch
1/2tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1tbsp oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2tsp potato starch in 2tbsp water


pork marinade:
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp potato starch
1 1 tbsp oil
