Fave Bean Cheese Fritters with Chikuwa
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
20 fave beans
3 chikuwa
4 pieces cheese
Vegetable oil, as needed
A
4 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons potato starch
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

PREPARATION
1. Shuck and peel the beans. Cut the chikuwa into 1cm pieces. Cut the cheese into 1cm dices.
2. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Add (1) into the bowl.
3. Pour the vegetable oil to cover 2 to 3cm depth of the pot. Heat to 170C (338F).
4. Spoon (2) and put in the oil (3) to deep fry. Flip them when these are getting golden color. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes until crispy.
5. Enjoy!
