Shuck and peel the beans. Cut the chikuwa into 1cm pieces. Cut the cheese into 1cm dices.2. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Add (1) into the bowl.3. Pour the vegetable oil to cover 2 to 3cm depth of the pot. Heat to 170C (338F).4. Spoon (2) and put in the oil (3) to deep fry. Flip them when these are getting golden color.
