Filipino Gourmet Sisig
(2 servings)

INGREDIENTS
200g ground pork
100g chicken liver
A: 1 teaspoon grated garlic
A: 1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon salad oil
B: 3 tablespoons soy sauce
B: 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
B: A pinch of sliced chili peppers
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 egg

PREPARATION
1. Separate the chicken liver and heart and remove any blood. Finely chop the liver and heart.
2. In a frying pan, heat salad oil and add the chopped chicken liver, heart, ground pork, and ingredients from A. Stir-fry over medium heat.
3. Once the meat is partially cooked, add the mixed ingredients from B and continue stir-frying. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
4. Add the egg to the mixture from step 3. Once the egg is cooked,
