Flower Fried Eggs
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 egg (separate the egg to egg white and yolk)
4 cherry tomatoes (cut into halves)
Mitsuba herb, as needed
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 black sesame seeds
Yaki nori, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Coat a pan with vegetable oil. Place the cherry tomatoes as shown in the video.
2. Whisk the egg white.
3. Put the egg yolk in the center of the pan and pour the egg white (2) around it. Place the Mitsuba herb as flower leaves and a stem.
4. Cook until the egg white is set. Place sesame seeds and nori on the egg yolk as a face.
5. Enjoy!
