Folded Breakfast Sandwiches
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
10g butter
1 sausage
2 slices white bread
1 sliced cheese
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
Mayonnaise, as needed
Lettuce, as needed

2 eggs (beaten)
1 teaspoon milk

PREPARATION
1. Melt the butter in a pan. Cook the sausage. When it is cooked, keep it on the
bottom left on the pan.
2. Place two slices of the bread on the right side of the pan. Place the cheese on the
bread and add the mustard and the mayonnaise. Place the lettuce under the
sausage on the pan.
3. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. When the eggs are set, cut the eggs and fold
in. Cut the sandwich into halves
4. Enjoy!
