Fried Basil Tofu
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 deep fried tofu (aka Atsuage)
5 tablespoons basil sauce
Potato starch, as needed
Vegetable oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. With paper towels, absorb the excess oil of the assuage. Tear apart the assuage and put the pieces in a plastic bag.
2. Add the basil sauce into the bag (1) and mix well. Remove the air and seal the bag. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
3. Dust the assuage pieces (2) with potato starch.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan to medium heat. Cook (3) until golden.
5. Enjoy!
