Cut the corn into halves. Cut each piece vertically into 4 equal parts.2. Make some cuts on each corn piece (so it wont explode when frying).3. Put the corn pieces (2) and potato starch in a plastic bag. Shake well.4. Deep fry (3) in the oil (170C/ 338F) until golden.5. Heat all of the ingredients A in a pan. Add (4), stir and simmer.6.
