Ingredient:
• 12 Idlis
• 20-25 Curry Leaves
• 3 Dried Red Chilies
• 2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
• Salt to Taste
• ½ Lemon
• 2 Tablespoon Oil
• 1 TBSP Butter
• 2 TSP Red Chilli powder
• 1 TSP Turmeric Powder


Process:
• Take left over Idli or Fresh Idlis. If you are using Fresh idli Refrigerate for 2 hours.
• Cut Idlis into small size pieces
• In a Pan heat the Oil
• Add Curry leaves and 2 Red chilies
• 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
• Add 1 TBSP Butter
• Add Idli
• Mix it Nicely
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP Red Chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
• Add 2 TSP Lemon juice
• Fry it for 5 mints
• Keep it aside

Chutney:
• In a small Pan add Oil
• Heat the oil
• Add 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
• Add Dry Red Chilli 1
• Add Curry Leaves
• Fry it nicely and keep it aside
• In Bowl add 1 Cup Dry Coconut
• Add 1 Cup whisked Curd
• Add Fried curry leaves Masala
• Add ½ Cup whisked Curd
• Mix it nicely
• Add Salt to taste
• Add Red Chilli Powder
• Serve with Fried Idlis with Chutney #scrollrecipe
