Ingredients
1 kuruma hu
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp mirin
1 Tbsp sake
flour
oil
aonori (powdered green seaweed)
salt
yukari (dried red shiso)

Directions
1. Soak the kuruma - fu in a bowl of water, cut into easy to eat pieces.
2. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and put on 1 and coat with flour, then fry.
3. Rub in the aonori and salt, yukari.

tamagoyaki
radish
