Fried Mozzarella Skewers
Servings: 3 sticks

INGREDIENTS
21 mozzarella balls
A
2 eggs
50ml water
3 tablespoons flour

Tortilla chips, as needed
Frying oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Skewer 6 to 7 mozzarella balls into a stick.
2. Mix all of the ingredients A in a glass. With a rollin pin, crush the tortilla chips in a
plastic bag.
3. Dip (1) into the glass (2) and coat with crushed chips.
4. Pour the oil into a pan to cover 3cm depth and heat on medium. Fry (3) until
crispy.
5. Enjoy!
