Fried Mushrooms with Corn Flakes
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
100g mushrooms
A
1 egg
100ml milk
100g flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Corn flakes, as needed
Almonds, as needed
Oil (for frying), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Clean the mushrooms. Thread on a bamboo skewer.
2. With a rolling pin, crush the corn flakes in a plastic bag. Chop the almonds. Mix the flakes and the chopped almonds in a tray.
3. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Dip (1) in it.
4. Coat the mushrooms with (2).
5. Deep fry in the oil (170C/ 338F) until golden.
6. Enjoy!
