Fried Pickles
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
6 pickles
A
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons water
1 egg
Panko bread crumbs, as needed
Oil (fo frying), as needed
B
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic

PREPARATION
1. Pat dry the pickles with paper towels.
2. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Dip pickles in it and coat with panko bread crumbs.
3. Put the oil into a pan (2cm depth) and heat to 170C/ 338F. Deep fry the pickles (2) until golden.
4. Mix all of the ingredients B in a bowl. Serve with fried pickles.
5. Enjoy!
