Cut bell peppers and carrots into small dices (5mm).2. Slice the dried seaweed into 1cm strips. Wet both ends of the seaweed strip and wrap around the edge of the bunch of somen.3. Mix all A ingredients.4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the somen (2). Splash some batter (3) over the somen and put some diced bell peppers and carrots (1).5.
