Frozen Palak Paneer Paratha recipe which you can easily make and store to prepare at sehri/breakfast within 5 min. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #RamazanRecipesWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3tBcPWtPalak Paneer Stuffed ParathaRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Palak Paneer Filling:-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs-Zeera (Cumin seeds) tbs-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 4-5-Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tsp-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small-Besan (Gram flour) 4 tbs-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder tsp-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Palak (Spinach) 400g (spinach is chopped & blanched for 4-5 minutes)-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped handful-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs-Cottage cheese grated 100g (1 Cup)Prepare Dough:-Fine atta (Fine flour) sifted kg-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 tbs-Water 1 & Cup or as required -Cooking oil tbs-Cooking oil 1 tsp-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs or as required Directions:Prepare Palak Paneer Stuffing:-In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds & mix well.-Add green chillies & mix well.-Add ginger,garlic,mix well & cook for a minute.-Add onion,mix well & cook until light golden.-Add gram flour,mix well & cook on low flame until its fragrant (2-3 minutes). -Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,red chilli crushed,salt & mix well for 1-2 minutes.-Add blanched spinach & mix well.-Add fresh coriander,mint leaves & mix well.-Add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.-Let it cool completely.-Add cottage cheese,mix well & set aside.Prepare Dough:-In a bowl,add fine flour,salt & mix well.-Add yogurt & mix well until it crumbles.-Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed. -Add cooking oil & knead dough again.-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 10-15 minutes.-Knead dough again until smooth.-Take a small dough (125g),make a ball & spread with the help of hand.-Add prepared palak paneer filling (2-3 tbs),gather all the sides,twist,pinch & seal the ends,make a ball.-Sprinkle dry flour,press gently & roll out with the help of rolling pin (makes 7-8).-Heat griddle,place rolled paratha & cook from both sides with ghee.How to Store Frozen Paratha: -Heat griddle,place rolled dough and cook for 30 seconds (each side). -Slightly cook all parathas & let them cool.-Place thick plastic sheet and rolled dough and wrap with another thick plastic sheet,place another rolled dough and cover with another thick plastic sheet.-Can be stored in freeze (zip lock bag) for up to 1-2 months.-Cook directly & dont thaw frozen paratha. -Serve with raita or achar.Recipe in Urdu:Directions: Prepare Palak Paneer Filling:-Karahi mein cooking oil aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Adrak aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak paka lein.-Besan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per khushbu ajanay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes). -Lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,lal mirch crushed aur namak dal dein aur 1-2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein.-Blanched palak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Kasuri methi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thanda ker lein.-Cottage cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side pet rakh dein.Prepare Dough:-Bowl mein fina atta aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Dahi dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.-Cooking oil dal ker dough ko dubara ghond lein.-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 10-15 minutes kliya chor dein.-Dough ko dubara ghond lein.-Chota dough (125g) lein,ball bana lein aur haath ki madad sa pheela lein.-Tayyar palak paneer filling (2-3 tbs) dal dein,sides ko gather ker ka twist aur pinch ker lein aur ends ko seal ker ka ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (makes 7-8).-Tawa garam karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa ghee dal ker paka lein.How to Store Frozen Paratha: -Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough rakh dein aur 30 seconds kliya paka lein (each side). -Is he tarhan tamam parathay slightly cook ker lein aur thanda ker lein.-Thick plastic sheet rakh ker rolled dough rakh dein,ek aur thick plastic sheet rakh ker rolled dough rakh dein aur thick plastic sheet sa cover ker lein.-Zip lock bag mein rakh ker 1 month tak freeze mein store ker saktay han.-Directly cook karein aur thaw nahi kerna hai.-Raita or achar ka saath serve karein. frozen paratha recipes food fusion
