Galette with Dumpling Wrappers
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
10 dumpling wrappers
4 bacon mini slices
1 egg
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water

PREPARATION
1. Coat a pan with vegetable oil. Place the dumpling wrappers as shown in the video.
2. Place the bacon slices. Drop the egg in the center.
3. Turn on the heat to medium. When the bottom of the wrappers are getting brown and crisp, add water and put the lid on. Cook until the egg is done.
4. Add some salt and pepper. Put some chopped parsley on top.
5. Enjoy!
