Garlic Chikuwa Rice Bowl
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 chikuwa (sliced)
A
40g honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 piece ginger (minced)
1/2 teaspoon hot chili peppers
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Scallions (chopped), as needed
Broccoli (boiled), as needed
1 bowl steamed rice

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan on medium. Stir fry chikuwa slices until golden. Remove from the pan.
3. Pour (1) into the pan and simmer.
4. Put the rice, broccoli and the chikuwa (2) in a bowl.Pour (3) over the rice. Add some chopped scallions on top.
5. Enjoy!
