Ginger Fried Chicken
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
1 piece of chicken thigh (cut into bite-sized pieces)

1 tablespoon sake
4 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons grated ginger
Potato starch (to coat)
Cooking oil (for deep-frying)

PREPARATION
1. Rub [A] into the chicken thigh pieces and let it marinate for 5 minutes. Drain excess moisture.
2. Coat the chicken pieces with potato starch.
3. Heat cooking oil in a deep-frying pan to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit). Fry the chicken until it becomes crispy.
4. Enjoy!
