Ginger Pork
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 slice pork loin
Potato starch, as needed
1 teaspoon, vegetable oil

1/8 apple (grated)
10g ginger (grated)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin

PREPARATION
1. Cut the gristle in the pork. Dust with potato starch.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Cook both sides of the pork on medium heat until golden.
3. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan (2) and simmer.
4. Enjoy!
