Grated Radish Stew with Chicken
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
300g chicken breasts

A
1 tablespoon sake
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pepper, as needed

1 tablespoon potato starch
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 radish (daikon)
2 tablespoons noodle soup base
Chopped scallions, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix all of the ingredients with the chicken in a bowl. Pat-dry the chicken and dust with potato starch.
2. Heat an oiled pan on medium. Cook the chicken (1) until golden.
3. Grate the radish and add into the pan (including radish juice). Add noodle soup base and simmer. Put them on a bowl and add some chopped scallions on top.
4. Enjoy!
