Greg and Yon make JapChae

In this episode, we bring you JapChae! Loaded with Vegetables (and some Meat too) on top of Glass Noodles, this dish brings all the Flavor and is almost guaranteed to make you Love it, especially if this is your first time having it! Also, with absolutely no spiciness or heat whatsoever, this is the perfect dish for those friends or family that cannot handle the spicy food! Enjoy!!!


Ingredients:

1 pkg (1 oz) Korean Dried Black Mushrooms
12 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
1/2 lb (or more) sliced beef
Olive Oil (for cooking)
2 Bunches of Spinach
4 Medium Carrots
2 Onions
1 pkg (1.1 lb/500 g) Korean Glass Noodles
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Roasted Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Sesame Oil
about 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
