Greg and Yon make Korean Bean Paste Soup (Doenjang Jjiggae)

We are back from our break and have brought with our recipe for Korean Bean Paste Soup (Doenjang Jjigae)! Don't let the name fool you, because it is packed full of Veggies, Mushrooms, and Baby Clams!! Enjoy!!!


Ingredients:

5 Jalapeno Peppers
2 Zucchini
2 Bunches of Green Onions
1 Head (12 cloves) Garlic
1 pkg Korean Baby Oyster Mushrooms
1 lb Baby Clam Meat
1 pkg (18 oz) Soft Tofu
1 cup Korean Bean Paste
2 cups rice water
1/4 cup Perilla Powder
