Grilled Salmon with Miso-Mayonnaise
Servings:2

INGREDIENTS
2 slices salmon
50g pumpkin (thinly sliced)
40g shimeji-mushrooms
Salt, as needed
Pepper, as needed
A
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1/3 teaspoon ground sesame seeds

PREPARATION
1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
2. Prepare the parchment paper (twice as big as the salmon). Fold the paper and
tight the sides with the kitchen twine.
3. Place the salmon (1), the shimeji-mushrooms, and the pumpkin slices on (2). Mix
all of the ingredients A in a bowl and pour over the salmon. Grill in the toaster oven
(preheated to 180C/ 356F) for 15 minutes.
4. Enjoy!

Use parchment paper that can withstand up to 250/480F) degrees (20 minutes).
