Grilled Sandwich
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 eggs (beaten)
1 slice white bread (cut into halves)

Lettuce, as needed
1 cheese slice
1 tomato slice
Tuna salad, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Pour the beaten eggs into the Japanese egg pan (square pan, aka Tamagoyaki-ki) coated with oil.
2. When eggs are getting set, place the bread and flip.
3. Place all toppings (A) on the half side of (2). Fold in half.
4. Enjoy!
