Grilled Sardines with Cheese and Mentaiko
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
3 sardines
2 mentaiko pieces
3 perilla leaves
3 cheese slices

PREPARATION
1. Fillet the sardines and remove big bones.
2. Place a perilla leaf on each sardine. Put some mentaiko and a cheese slice.
3. Fold in the perilla leaf and the sardine.
4. Cook on the grill.
5. Enjoy!
