Grilled Scallop Donburi
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
6 scallops (in the shell)
Soy sauce, as needed
Butter, as needed
Mayonnaise, as needed
2 bowls steamed rice

PREPARATION
1. Cook the scallops in the shell on the BBQ grill.
2. When the shell is opened, add the butter and some soy sauce over the scallop.
3. Put some mayonnaise on top and torch a bit. Place the scallop on the rice.
4. Enjoy!
