Give thanks to him ) List of Ingredients: * created by HAPPY WOK ***********1½ pounds ---- pork belly (skin on & diced 1″ x 1″)2 Tbsp ------ cooking oil2 oz. -------- ginger (peel & sliced only)5 cloves ---- garlic (crushed only)2 Tbsp ------ rice wine (for sizzle on stir-fry pork)¼ cup ----- light soy sauce1 tsp -------- dark soy sauce2 Tbsp ------ oyster sauce1/4 cup ----- dark brown sugar3 pcs. ------- star anise2 cups ------- water8 pcs. -------- hard boiled eggs (shelled)5 oz. --------- dried bean curd skin knots (to sofien with water)5 pcs. -------- dried shiitake mushrooms (soften then diced)NOTE: those last 2 ingredients need to soak in water for an hour to soften
