Hara Bhara kabab
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken Boiled 500 gms
-Matar (Peas) Boiled ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Coriander leaves) ½ Cup
-Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
-Palak (Spinach) Blanched 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 3-4
-Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Anardana powder (Dried pomegranate powder) 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Bread slices 1-2
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Doodh (Milk) 3-4 tbs
-Oil for frying

Directions:
-In food chopper,add chicken boiled,peas,coriander leaves,mint leaves,spinach,green chilies, whole spice powder,red chili powder,salt,dried pomegranate powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste, bread slices,milk and egg, grind until well combined.
-Take mixture and make kabab/patty.
-In frying pan,add oil and fry kabab/patty until light brown.
-Hare bhare kabab is ready,serve with ketchup.

-Food chopper mein chicken boiled,matar,hara dhania,podina,palak,hari mirch,dhania powder,lal mirch powder,namak,anardana powder,haldee powder,adrak lehsan paste,bread slice,doodh aur anda dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
-Mixture la ker kabab/patty bana lein.
-Frying pan mein oil dal ker kabab/patty light brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Hare bhare kabab tayyar han,ketchup ka saath serve karein.
